We had the pleasure of doing just that for our clients at the Ocean Villa Condos in Daytona
Beach Shores.
The kitchen in this sixth floor, beachside villa melts our hearts with the combination of
Brookhaven cabinetry’s Edgewood raised panel doors in Vintage Lace, offset by a Chestnut
finished island. Soft-close, full-extension drawers make storing everything needed for holiday
baking an afterthought, while Cambria’s stunning Berkley quartz countertops will ‘wow’ guests
yet remain unfazed by the occasional splatter of cookie batter.
The Kohler pot filler that extends over the five-burner induction cooktop begs to lend a hand on
pasta night, and don’t stress about the leftovers! Everyone will be raiding the stainless steel,
flush-mount fridge for a midnight snack. Gorgeous four-by-twelve glass subway tile ties the
whole look together.
Luxurious twelve-by-twenty-four porcelain tile greets your guests at the door, drawing them
through the home to the impressive wall of windows looking out over the Intracoastal. The living
area boasts a custom gas fireplace framed in six-by-thirty-six trendy and durable wood-look tile.
Open the windows, light the fire, and prepare to be the hottest spot for dinner parties in town!
In the master bath, a Kohler jetted tub overlooks the serenity of the Atlantic Ocean and is
waiting to help you say goodbye to the work week and hello to the weekend. The frameless
walk-in shower, handsomely outfitted with Crema Marfil porcelain tile walls and a Berkley quartz
curb is happy to be the Monday through Friday stand-in!
The double vanity expertly plays the part of both beauty and function with its double white
undermount sinks by Kohler, twenty-one-by-twenty-four inch storage-filled divider, perfectly
executed by Brookhaven Chestnut finished cabinetry, and elegantly crowned with Cambria’s
Berkley quartz.
